The MBA in Health Care Management equips students with the most up-to-date business skills necessary to be successful and efficient decision makers who will increase the quality and accessibility of health care while staying within budget. The curriculum is oriented toward business management, and it uses a wide range of management theory and examples to describe and evaluate the healthcare industry. It is intended to give students with concepts, models, approaches, and examples that will help them enhance the care they deliver to patients. It is built on specially created modules that give a foundation in core management disciplines, followed by specialised modules on specific elements of health-care management.
Clinical leadership, creative approaches to industrial difficulties, health analytics, and health informatics are all areas of specialization. The program’s main goal is to offer students with information based on scientific concepts that will enable them to lead the health sector while considering various aspects of healthcare administration.
• To get a better grasp of the multidisciplinary and multidimensional character of health management, as well as to provide a foundation for practical implementation.
• To enhance professional skills in health-care services by increasing adequate competence at the right level to enable future research or study in the field.
•To develop a scientific management strategy and appropriate management tools, as well as to increase managerial abilities.
Masters
1- A bachelor’s degree (Level 6 MQF) with minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or
2- A bachelor’s degree (Level 6 MQF) or equivalent not meeting CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field.
