Course Overview

Lincoln University College, Malaysia (LUC) offers a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management program that focuses on the human resource aspects of business while also helping to build the skills needed to contribute to management. With an emphasis on strategic, international, and comparative subject matter, the curriculum promotes awareness of HRM methods across a number of corporate contexts. The student will receive a broad and multi-level approach to Human Resource Management from LUC. The course will teach you how to perceive and critically assess the most up-to-date theoretical ideas, principles, standards, and frameworks in HRM practice, as well as how to solve complicated problems connected to enhancing current HRM activities and functions.

Course Aim

The program’s objectives are to develop a high-performance work environment in a business. It aids in the development of a thoughtful Human Resource practitioner. The degree is earned by studying relevant ideas, research, and practices in people management and the work relationship in order to create themes. MBA in Human Resources assists students in applying HR policies when and where they are needed in a firm. After completing this course, you will have a better understanding of people’s behavior at work and will be able to come up with suggestions to make the working environment more pleasant for the employees.

Masters

1- A bachelor’s degree (Level 6 MQF) with minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or

2- A bachelor’s degree (Level 6 MQF) or equivalent not meeting CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field.
