Global Career Pathway helps working professionals across the UAE find and enroll in an online MBA in Dubai that fits their situation. We work with three awarding bodies - SSBM Geneva in Switzerland, Royale Business College in Birmingham, and the University of Gloucestershire - so the right program depends on your background, not on which one we happen to offer. We are an education access consultancy; the awarding body issues the degree

Which MBA can you study in Dubai?

Study in Dubai

You can study a fully online MBA in Dubai through three different awarding bodies, and they suit genuinely different starting points. The right one depends on whether you already hold a degree, how fast you need to finish, and which sector you work in

A note on the University of Gloucestershire route. This is an MBA Master’s stage program — the final stage of an MBA, centered on independent research. It suits someone who already holds an Ofqual-regulated Level 7 Diploma (120 credits) or an LEB Level 7 Diploma. It is delivered in partnership with the London Examinations Board, and the degree is awarded by the university.

Which specializations can you choose?

Specializations

An MBA is usually bought to move into a different function, a bigger role, or a new sector and the specialization on the certificate is what an employer reads first. If you are not sure which one that should be, that is a good conversation to have with an advisor before you apply, not after.

Can you do an MBA in Dubai while working full time?

Yes. Every program on this page is delivered 100% online and Flexible, with no required campus attendance, which is why the majority of our students are in full-time roles throughout. Full-time study means giving up income for a year or more. Most professionals in the UAE cannot do that and do not need to — an online MBA delivers the same qualification while you keep building the experience that makes it useful. This route is assessed on assignments rather than exams, which matters more than it sounds: it means your study fits around a work schedule instead of around an exam timetable. Studying online also removes the residency question. You are not tied to a campus, so a transfer to Abu Dhabi, a project in Riyadh or a move home mid-program does not interrupt your studies

How long does an online MBA take?

When can you start?

When can you start?

The University of Gloucestershire offers four intakes annually: January, April, July, and September. SSBM Geneva and Royale Business College offer monthly intakes; however, intake dates are subject to change.

Can you get an MBA without a bachelor's degree?

Yes. The OTHM or Qualifi Level 7 Top-Up routes let you enter on professional experience instead of a bachelor's degree. You complete an Ofqual-regulated Level 7 diploma first, then progress into the final stage of the MBA it feeds. Because both OTHM and Qualifi are Ofqual-regulated UK awarding organizations, This route exists for a specific and common situation: professionals whose seniority at work has moved well ahead of their formal qualifications. Full details are on our OTHM qualifications page.

How do MBA colleges and universities in Dubai compare?

The main difference is what you are buying. A campus MBA in Dubai buys you a cohort, a timetable and a physical place to be; an online MBA through Global Career Pathway buys you an accredited qualification you can complete around a full-time job. We are not a university and we do not award degrees. Global Career Pathway is an education access consultancy: we handle admission, documentation and student support, and the awarding body issues the qualification. What we do better than a university admissions desk is match you to the right route. Professionals arrive with different constraints — no bachelor’s degree, a tight budget, a visa timeline, a promotion window — and the right answer is not the same program every time.

Can you study from Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE?

Yes. Programs are delivered entirely online, so you can study from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, anywhere else in the UAE, or from any location worldwide. Each applicant is assigned an academic counselor at Global Career Pathway, who manages enrollment and provides continuous support online from the initial consultation through to completion. Your location has no bearing on your eligibility, your admission, or the level of support you receive — professionals in more than 75+ countries have accessed these programs with us on exactly this basis.

Who accredits these programs?

Every program listed on this page is awarded by an accredited institution, and each awarding body holds its own recognition independently of Global Career Pathway. Accreditation operates at the level of the awarding body rather than the consultancy. Our partner institutions are accredited or recognized by established quality-assurance and regulatory organizations in their own jurisdictions, and the qualifications they issue are governed by those frameworks — not by any internal standard of our own. Global Career Pathway manages admission, documentation and student support; the degree itself is conferred by the awarding institution, under its accreditation. (You can check the accreditation and awarding bodies from website)

Will a UAE employer recognize an online MBA?

Yes. More than 6,000+ professionals have graduated through Global Career Pathway in the UAE alone, and they are working across the sectors that drive the economy here — banking, healthcare, logistics, construction, aviation and much more. UAE employers assess a qualification on the standing of the awarding institution, not on whether it was delivered online or on campus. An accredited MBA carries the same weight either way, and because these degrees are issued by UK and Swiss awarding bodies, they are recognized internationally as well as here.

Yes — and you have two to choose from. Global Career Pathway hosts a dual graduation: one ceremony in Dubai, and one in the awarding body’s home country, so you can be conferred close to home or on the campus of the institution awarding your degree.

The Dubai ceremony is held annually and attended by representatives of the awarding institutions and invited guests of honour. The second takes place in the awarding body’s country of origin — Switzerland for SSBM Geneva, and the United Kingdom for both Royale Business College and the University of Gloucestershire, where graduates of the are conferred by the university itself.

Note: Attendance at either ceremony is optional and a separate fee applies. Your degree is issued by the awarding body whether or not you attend, and graduates who do not attend receive their documentation directly.
